Dr. Galbraith's expertise comes from his unique background in information processing systems, chemical engineering and organization behavior. Thus, he is able to view a situation from a variety of angles and propose creative and logic-driven solutions to complex organizational problems.

Our philosophy is that every organization design has trade-offs. We aim to install an organization that is only as complex as it needs to be — and no more so — in order to achieve maximum efficiency with minimal downside. Our style is low-key, we are good listeners, and we do not propose the "organization du jour".
